4 Years Ago vs. Today. The Results.

4 Years Ago vs. Today. The Results.

A friend of mine somehow dug up this old video of mine from 2010. Watching it again today, I realized that I finally took my own advice and achieved all of the results I dreamed of. The very first thing I noticed is how overweight I was in the video. But more importantly, I listened to my own advice. I wonder how many people out of the hundreds in the audience did the same.

How many of them are now happy? How many of them have traveled? Learned another language? Got into a good relationship? How many finally got into shape? Watch this video and don’t let the same happen to you…make these next four years count:

Rules of being happy:

1. Stop holding yourself back. Allow yourself to be happy.
2. Try something new every weekend.
3. Start moving your feet. Figure it out along the way.

Fitness: I’m finally in the shape that I want to be in, and working towards getting a six pack which I hope to have by this summer. In this video I mentioned that my biggest goal was to get in really good shape. It took me 4 years to finally figure it out, but it feels so freaking good to finally have achieved it.

Johnny Wolf today.

Relationships: I’m in an incredible relationship with a great girl that I truly enjoy being with. She’s beautiful, kind, smart, and makes me feel lucky every time we see eacho ther. Best of all, she approached me, she was attracted to me without any pick up tricks, tactics, no b.s. It feels incredible to be this happy and have a girlfriend that I see myself falling for.

Business: Today, I have a successful online business and finally have achieved what I thought was impossible four years ago. I now have the freedom of both time and money. My goal has been to save up enough money to have a buffer in case I ever couldn’t work anymore. Even just one year ago, I had almost nothing in my bank account, less than $200. Now, I have a real drop shipping business that I can continue to grow.

Watching this video again, I realize how much I’ve changed in the past four years. I sincerely hope that everyone reading this has grown just as much. I can honestly say that I am happier today than I’ve ever been. The PUA Community, the 4-hour workweek, the game and striving to be a better man has changed my life.

I would love to be able to inspire some of you to do the same. The resources are out there. I went out and did what I preached. It worked. Go out and transform your own life. Become Rich, become Fit, become Confident. Become genuinely attractive and become truly happy.

Resources that worked for me:

Diet: The upgraded paleo diet that finally worked, it is the one diet that I was able to consistently follow even a year later. I highly recommend the Bulletproof Diet by Dave Asprey

Fitness: There are a lot of pros and cons of any workout system. The most important thing is having some type of personal trainer, even a shared one, make sure you are doing it right, keep you accountable and push you hard. I highly recommend spending the money to either get a personal trainer or sign up for something like crossfit to get started.

Business: A little less than a year ago, I signed up for a course that taught me how to start a dropshipping based ecommerce business. It was the best investment I’ve ever made. It took me a couple months to get it up and running, but in the past eight months I’ve been able to save up close to $30k just from the multiple stores I’ve started with the system. The training course isn’t cheap, and you have to treat it like a real business and invest your time and energy, but it works. If you’re serious about starting a business, sign up for AntonMethod.com. I highly recommend it as it worked for me.

As for the rest of it, getting a girlfriend, being happy. When you reach your goals in other aspects of your life, and build a successful business, and get in the best shape of your life, that part is easy and comes naturally. Keep in touch and don’t let another 4 years pass you by without claiming happiness.

Warm Regards,

Johnny Wolf
